Are the fragrances genuine?
Yes. Every fragrance sold by Measured Scents is taken from a genuine retail bottle. We do not sell counterfeits, imitation products or homemade versions of branded fragrances.
What will I receive?
You will receive the quantity selected on the product page in a separate Measured Scents spray atomiser.
The original retail bottle, box and branded packaging are not included unless the product listing expressly says that a full retail bottle is being sold.
What does independently rebottled mean?
It means that Measured Scents purchases or sources a genuine retail fragrance and carefully transfers a measured quantity into a separate atomiser.
Measured Scents is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original fragrance manufacturer.
Should I choose 5ml or 10ml?
A 5ml atomiser is ideal when you want to properly test a fragrance over several wears.
A 10ml atomiser is better when you already like the fragrance, want to use it regularly or need a convenient travel size.
The number of sprays obtained will vary depending on the atomiser and how heavily you spray.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2 working days.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation when the order has been processed.
How will my order be packaged?
Atomisers are checked, securely closed and packed to reduce the risk of damage or leakage during delivery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or leaking?
Please contact Measured Scents as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the packaging and affected item.
Can I return a fragrance?
Please read the Returns and Refunds policy before ordering. Contact Measured Scents before sending anything back because unauthorised returns might not be accepted.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep the atomiser upright where possible and store it away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and large temperature changes.
Can you help me choose a fragrance?
Yes. Use the contact page and tell us which fragrances you already enjoy, which notes you like or dislike, and where you intend to wear the fragrance.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Please check the Delivery Information page and the delivery options shown at checkout. Availability can vary because perfume is an alcohol-based product and some delivery services apply restrictions.
Are you connected to the fragrance brands?
No. Measured Scents is an independent business and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by the fragrance brands shown on the website unless expressly stated otherwise.
